Hello I'm really stuck on this annoying issue. When I try to create a discount in the back office, I cannot search or select any products. I can click on the area to search and it goes yellow, but nothing happens and it is almost like it is not really a button. I can type in it, but nothing appears as I type which is what should happen. Everything else works except this feature. I cannot continue to create the discount or cart rule without it.

Hello. This has been bugging me and I've spent too many hours looking for a solution! I run prestsahop version 1.7.6.1 In the front office, on every product there is the small text; NO TAX I want to remove it, how can I do this? I tried translations, and no such text can be found anywhere. I tried editing files like product.tpl and whatever, still I can't find the text that removes it! For the record, all taxes are disabled in back office (set to no) and when I click on countries in localisation, they have tax turned off. Screenshot attached Thanks!

Hello I recently installed PrestaShop 1.7 and like the feel, but I am having one large problem preventing me to continue. I cannot change the logo (any of them, including favicon) I also cannot upload a new theme, in fact, any part where I upload a file does not work on the site. The button 'add file' changes colour when I hover over it, but nothing happens when I click it. Hovering over the grey bar where you can usually click to upload bring up a small circle with a line through it, which tells me it's not possible to add a file. Any help? Thankyou, Jack

Hello I am experiencing some very weird actions on my website. Some customers have been complaining they can't pay with their credit card (they don't have a Paypal account) but claim there is no link to do this. Usually the link is underneath the login button, but when I went to view it on the mobile as I noticed they were al mobile users, the text on the button shows; CREATE AN ACCOUNT when it should say CHECKOUT AS A GUEST. When the customer clicks on it, it does show the guest checkout where they can then enter their card details and pay, but the text is making them not click on it. When trying to replicate this issue, the text changed from one to the other right in front of my eyes! I did the process several times on my mobile and watched the text show CHECKOUT AS GUEST and then flick to CREATE AN ACCOUNT and I even managed to screenshot the change as proof. What is happening here? I just want it to read checkout as guest so people click it to enter their card details, instead of leaving the site because they think I only accept Paypal users. I would appreciate any help at all, it is very strange! Thanks, Jack

Hello I have a pretty urgent problem that happened for the first time today. A customer made an order, the order was made successfully and shows 'payment accepted.' However I received no email of payment confirmation from paypal like I normally do, so I logged into Paypal to check and there is no payment anywhere. Not even a failed one or pending one, the payment was never made. What has happened? How can I correct this? This is a pretty big error and a massive problem, considering Prestashop is telling me that the payment was made and it wasn't! I haven't done anything to the website EXCEPT some minor colour changes using the Theme Configurator module. All other customers recently have paid with no problems. Thanks in advance! EDIT - After a few test emails, it's happening on EVERY order. Orders are made, both myself and the customer get a 'your payment was sent / payment received' but NO PAYMENT TRANSACTION has actually occurred!

How do you remove the carts? I can use SQL query to find list of carts, but no way to select any or delete? Thankyou

Hi Dh42 Is this not related to my modules page not working? Debug mode in preferences is set to 'Do not open console.' (off) still my module page in back office is missing lots of parts and I am unable to edit, install or even configure any modules. I have screenshot but I don't know how to attach to show you. Hello, after using 1 click upgrade to go from 1.5 to 1.6 I cannot see any modules in the back office. Only the module page is missing and everything else is ok. Hi all I run a clothing company, using Prestashop 1.5.6.0 I've edited the theme in many ways but always has worked fine. Recently I start getting a problem with 30% of my orders. The size is missing from the order! So normally the customer selects the size, S, M or L from the attributes in front office, adds to cart etc Usually I see the size in the back office, but more recently I can't see any size or attribute at all, just the item name. This is bad because I have to contact each customer and ask which size they ordered, sometimes this delays the shipping and makes me look unprofessional. Anyone can help? I really appreciate it thanks!

Hello. I have a terrible problem with Prestashop. I have been working on this for hours but I have not got a clue what to do. After upgrading to 1.6 the other day, everything is great apart form I cannot edit any modules! The button to configure or edit is missing in the modules tab in the back office. I need a fix, fast! I'm not sure that's a safe thing to do. Can you still help me? I'm still stuck with this problem, I really need an answer because if I can't edit any modules I can't use Prestashop!
