Well, I found out this was related to the quantity of products. The problem is that we are setting 999 units of each product reference. So, with a limit of 100 products at ebay.es i can't even upload 1 product reference. Is there any way to configure EBAY MODULE, to only use 1 unit of each reference, to be able to upload at least 100 references to ebay.es??? Thanks in advance.

We have eBay module last version (1.15.6), installed in a PrestaShop 1.6.0.9. Our ebay account has currently 0 products. However, when we try to syncronise any category (i.e. trying just with a small one with 2 items), we always receive this error: "Some products have been refused by eBay API due to the following error(s): 21919188 : Si publicaras este anuncio, superarías el número máximo de artículos que puedes poner en venta. Puedes poner en venta hasta 100 artículos más este mes. Es aconsejable que reduzcas la cantidad o que solicites poder poner más artículos en venta: https://scgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?UpgradeLimits&appId=0&refId=19 . Si publicaras este anuncio, superarías el número máximo de artículos (100) que puedes poner en venta." (Translation: "If you post this ad, you would exceed the maximum number of items you can put up for sale. You can put up to 100 more items for sale this month. It is advisable to reduce the amount or request that you can put more items for sale:...") We have contacted with eBay support and they say our account is OK, we have this limit of 100 items, but we still have 0 items available in eBay. They say it could be a problem of the module... What could be the cause for this strange error? Thanks in advance.

Suponemos que ya lo sabéis, pero hay una vulnerabilidad importante en PrestaShop que afecta al acceso al back office de las tiendas en todas las versiones anteriores a la 1.6.1.0. En el blog oficial de PrestaShop lo podéis ver: https://www.prestashop.com/blog/es/actualizacion-de-seguridad-por-prestashop/ Muchas de los eCommerce que gestionamos no podemos actualizarlos ahora mismo a la última versión (la 1.6.1.0, que es la más segura de todas) y nos hemos encontrado con que, según con qué hosting trabajes, al aplicar el parche se produce un error de seguridad. Si utilizas la versión 1.5 el problema viene del propio Prestashop que tiene una manera "peculiar" de hacer los redondeos y que cuando se hacen pedidos con muchas unidades puede haber desfases de hasta 8 céntimos. Aquí se explica el bug: Prestashop y sus redondeces. Esto lo reportamos hace ya mucho tiempo, pero como no terminaba de solucionarse en las versiones que sacaba Prestashop desarrollamos un módulo gratuito para solucionar este problema: Módulo para la corrección del redondeo en Prestashop 1.5. Ah, eso sí. A partir de la versión 1.6.0.12 nos hicieron caso y ya no es necesario tener este módulo instalado porque ya hace correctamente los redondeos. Esperamos que te sirva

Qué profesional ese comentario. No soy experta en todo, me falta el tiempo (quien mucho abarca poco aprieta) pero para eso me rodeo de compañeros que controlan lo que no abarco yo. Sí me he enterado, gracias.

Lo tienes en las traduccioens del Back Office. Si usas la versión 1.6 está en Localización/traducciones, escoge traducciones del front y el idioma que quieras (español, supongo) Después busca el botón de ocultar o expandir todos los campos y usa el buscador del navegador para encontrar el texto, por ejemplo "por favor, háganos una transferencia por: " El buscador te llevará a las traducciones de esa parte, allí puedes sustituir el texto que quieras Ya nos contarás qué tal...
