  1. Hi. We recently updated our PayPal module to 3.8.1 and ever since this, when we return an item to stock from a customer return, our webshop is automatically refunding the customer where they paid via PayPal. This is causing some issues as often a customer merely requires a different size/colour of product, but we cannot ship it as the system has already issued a refund of the payment back to the customer. I have logged it as a technical query with PayPal, and their response is that it is a configuration issue within our store. Where do I find this parameter to disable it. Cheers for any help Chris
  2. I run the update to the Product Comments module last week, and it crashed our site. Our web host has told me that it is a corrupt module, so we have moved it out of the site totally. Has anybody else had this issue, and how did they resolve it Prestashop version 1.5.4.1
  3. We have the same issue on our shop. GBP and EURO work fine, but USD have zero prices for every product in our store.
  4. Hi nimasonline. I am glad that you managed to figure out part of your problem. We have been using attributes since pur site was set up last year, and never had any issues. It is a recent occurence with us that any New attribute options that we add to the selection, only one attribute shows on the front end. funny thing here guys.... I have just replicated the fault in order to get some screen shots to post in this thread, and the issue is no more. The only thing that has changed, is that we had our web host increase the input vars limit yesterday in order to be able tonview one folder of translations that was too large for the old setting. Anyway, problem solved.
  5. It is not possible to provide a link without putting my admin login details onto the forum, but thank you for the suggestion.
  6. We had an issue with site speed recently, and it ended up being a cacheing and optimisation issue. When you sign in to the back office, do you have a box on the right hand side of the panel that says 'A Good Beginning'. If so check the colours of the individual items. They should all be Green. We had some yellow and red, amended the optimisation settings, and the Force Compile setting, and we working much faster.
  7. I wonder if anybody else is encountering the same issue as we are with this. We have had our shop live since last October but recently we have struggled to get new products to display correctly in the front end of the site. We have added all product details, images, prices, assigned to categories, etc. The product is available in 2 sizes, which we have add the correct attributes for, but on the front end only the default attribute is showing. If we change the default to the other available size, this then shows on the front end, but we cannot get both to be offered to the customer on the same product listing. We haven't done nay upgrades, and are running 1.4.9. Any suggestions as to why, or how to resolve this would be appreciated
