Well we just did the Paypal update today (to the latest version: 3.10.2 on Prestashop 1.6.0.14) The problem: We recieved 1 payment but got 2 orders on the backend: 1 with the items + shipping cost 150 Euro and a second order was created with only the shipping cost (12,95 Euro) So my customer payed a total of 162,95 Euro. Payment came in as 1 order through paypal. Anyone any idea how to fix this and what's the solution. Paypal seems to be one of the worst modules regarding problems (same with the vanishing bin and voucher box witch is solved by unhooking the module from the displayheader, but even after the update it's an "always coming back" problem). Hope someone can help me on this. *** Update: Just checked a bit deeper on the problem, seems to be a "linked order" problem.

So i just updated my shop from 1.4.11 to 1.6.0.9 for the second time and for some strange reason all the items in my shop get a 2 Euro discount (no discounts applied). It also overrides all the applied discounts per product. So let say Product 1 has a discount of 4 Euro it will stil have the 2 Euro discount in the front of the shop. I checked all price rules, deleted all discounts before update, removed all modules that could be a problem. Searched the SQL but i have no idea what this could be. All overrides are disabled (deleted otherwise i got a blank frontpage). I also checked the forum, google etc for identical problems but couldn't find any. Can someone please help!

Yep same needs for this, no solution and i think there won't ever be a solution... Maybe you found one?

Starting to get frustrated from all that 'buy some modules to get things going'. I used to run oscommerce, went good but wanted something more and started with prestashop... Never did i spent so much on paying for the simplest modules... Really frustrating.

Dear, We just started using the import tool in prestashop (1.4.8.2) and i was wondering if there is a possibility to " Allow orders" to be set in the CSV file. We don't allow backorders on our store but for some items we do allow it. Anyway, is there a way to use the csv import in combination with the "allow orders" command in products... Thanks

Hi, hope someone can help me. I searched the forum but didn't find the solution In the product-list.php i added this line to show how many items there are in stock: {$product.quantity}{l s=' items in stock'} Is there a way to show the stock levels when there is stock and when it goes to "0" (and bellow zero) pieces there shows a message like (Out of Stock - in backorder).

Well the price would be worth it when there was a "back in stock" block for the mainpage (like featured products). If you can fix me that for that price i'll buy it asap!

Well when i try to "configure" i get this in backoffice: Unknown column 'p.reduction_percent' in 'where clause' SELECT vf.`id_venteflash`,vf.`datefin` FROM `ps_venteflash` as vf, `ps_product` as p WHERE p.`id_product` = vf.`id_venteflash` AND p.`reduction_percent` = vf.`vfreduction` And my front gives a sortlike error. Anyone who knows how to fix this?

Why do you even reply if you can't give me an answer? I used to have such module for Oscommerce and it was super easey, no searching required. Just click the name of the product and you get a list of everybody who ordered that. If you have like 100 backorder-orders, have fun searching who ordered the item!

Yeh ok, but what if you forgot wich customer ordered it? It takes alot of time to check every customer...

Yeh ok, but i need to find who ordered what product. so if "Product A" comes to stock i search for "Product A" and i need to see who ordered it so i can prepare the order...

Well i've changed from oscommerce to prestashop for a while now but it seems to miss a crucial thing. When my backorders come in i need to search who ordered what. For a small list of orders it's easy to do it by hand but now it's starting to take too much time. Is there any way to see who oredered what by searching the product? Hope it's clear what i mean...
