Paulito, from the attached screenshots, when I try and select the module as an option it does not allow me to select it as a menu option. When I set it as a submenu again it does not give me a hook to select. Does that make sense? Lee

HELP! I have Lof Blogs Module installed on my Prestashop 1.4.9.0 website. http://addons.prestashop.com/en/content-management/8077-lof-blogs-module.html I have configured the module and added articles, But I cannot create a menu link in Lof Mega Menu to the articles. My client is getting increasingly frustrated this has not been completed. How do I resolve this issue? Please respond urgently as soon as possible. I can provide a login if required.

I have an issue with the Mail Alerts module appearing to not function correctly. When an order is made the shop owner recieves 5 emails. the shop owner receives two copies of new_order.html with exactly the same content, it should only be one. The shop owner also receive the emials sent to the purchaser, payment.html and order_conf.html I'm running Prestashop version 1.4.9.0 and have mail alerts module version 2.2 installed and running. Can anyone tell me how to disable the duplicate new_order.html, payment.html and order_conf.html that is sent to the shop owner. I still need them to be sent to the customer. Please help! Thanks Lee

HELP! I have a site running 1.4.9.0. When an order is made the customer receives the correct emails but the store owner is receiving 6 emails! I have Mail Alerts module installed and configured. These are the emails being received by the store owner: 1 Customer's account login details - USEFUL 2 Details of the order - ESSENTIAL 3 Details of Secure Trading transaction - ESSENTIAL - This is coming from Payment processor so is OK 4 Repeat of 2 - I think a duplicate of what the customer gets 5 Copy of customer's email confirming a successful payment 6 Copy of customer's email confirming a successful order. How can I remove the store owner from the emails 4, 5 and 6 above being sent to them, they are not required. Has this come from the Mail Alerts module and the core Prestashop sending emails at the same time? How do I 'fix' this? Thanks Lee

HELP! I have 3 options going to 3 different email accounts on my contact page that a user selects and then submits the email to. However no matter which one is selected the contact email is sent to all three of these email addresses. How can I set it so that the contact is only sent to the selected email address? Thanks! Lee

I have the MailAlerts v2.2 module installed, it functions in so much as it sends the email but the text shown in the To field its just a string of what seems like random characters and numbers, for example: =?UTF-8?B?c2FsZXNAbm9ydGhnYXRldHJhaW5pbmcuY28udWs=? This is what appears in the To field when I view an email. Is there some UTF-8 issue translating something? If so does anyone know how to fix this issue? Please help! Thanks Lee

I have got is sorted now, after Secure Trading required FTP an admin access to my site to sort something out. I've still got the issue that when you return to the site the 'thank you for your order' page still shows the products in the basket, and when you click on the basket or any other page they disappear. The order is showing in the backend fine and the emails are being sent, I recommend using the Mail Alerts module in Prestashop, gives more control over where and who gets the order confirmation. I'm still not sold 100% on ST and their service, They did fix and get it working at no charge, butseems too complicated for what should be a simple process. Hope that helps Lee

Help, When a customer makes an order they recieve two emails, which is fine. But in my version of prestashop (1.4.9) it appears the shop owner receives 4 emails, a duplicate of the customers 2 and 2 additional ones. Anyone know why or how I can disable the duplicate customer ones? Thanks Lee

HELP I'm using prestashop 1.4.9. I have modified the order_conf.html email so that none of the table data is used for the display of the products ordered, such as table row titles, shipping, total price etc. This was relatively easy as all the table code was in the order_conf.html email. However there is a tag in the template that I assume pulls in another template file to actually didplay the products purchased. Within the order_conf.html is this tag: {products} Does anyone know where the template for this file is located so I can edit this file. I do not want to display all the sales information to a customer, I just want to show a summary list of the products purchased with no prices, quantity shipping, tax etc. Please help! Thanks Lee

Has anyone successfully configured the Secure Trading payment processing module to work with Prestashop? I have a 1.4.9 site with the latest module installed and although it processes the payment correctly, when you return to the prestashop site, the product is still showing n the cart and no emails are sent by the site to either the purchaser or website owner. I'd like to talk to anyone who has experience of Secure Trading and Prestashop integration. PLEASE HELP! Thanks Lee

HELP How do I configure which admin accounts receive emails when an order is placed? I have a number of administrators for the website (1.4.9) and when an order is placed each admin receives an email. I need to restrict all notifications from the website to a single email address. Help! I have a website setup with one page checkout. I also only have one carrier (myself as I will be posting them) setup with three prices options for Europe, USA and ROW. If I log in and then add a product to the cart it displays the one cart checkout page with my product and the price, TAX, and total price. When I scroll down to the Shipping option it is already highlighted, but the cost is not reflected in the cart summary at the top. If I click the checkbox again it updates the cart summary. Please see the attached for better explanation. If I continue to the payment page the shipping cost is included. How do I get it to display the shipping cost in the cart summary without the need to click the already selected radio button? Thanks. Lee

I have found the auto upgrade module and installed it, it has run the upgrade and done all the files, but now it is stuck on: all files has been upgraded. Now upgrading database. this can take a while ... It has been like this for over one hour now, surely this is not correct? Is there a manual way to upgrade the database? Please help! Lee
