Bonjour J'avais le theme JMS Mozar II et je viens de basculer sur Warehouse (layout 6). Sur JMS MOZAR j avais JMS slider qui me donnait un tres bon slider avec des fondus enchaines et animations de texte en premiere page, je ne l ai pas sur warehouse, Il faudrait creer son propre slider a partir de revolution slider de Prestashop qui me parait beaucoup plus complique. Je vois qu'il y a possibilite d'importer des templates slider, y en aurait il des gratuits? si oui ou les telecharger? Si non, j aurais bien aime importer mon slider fait avec jms dans mon theme warehouse, mais je ne trouve pas ou mon slider jms a ete enregistre, je ne sais pas comment le recuperer (je n ai pas desinstalle mes modules jms mais avec warehouse je ne peux plus l integrer automatiquement. je ne travaille pas en local et je ne suis pas programmeuse. Des idees comment faire? Merci beaucoup

Thanks for the reply Well, I m using prestashop 1.7, with theme JMS mozar II, it s apparently not coming from the theme, cause I ve changed to classic theme just for 5 minutes to check if I d get back the access and no I didn t get anything back. I m using dreamhost... but it seems that things have been changed slightly like the whole site has been reset or reloaded or something like that so I know something happened, I have a guy that started working recently on things but he s not good enough to realize if he has damaged something or not, he said he didn t do anything...what could have happen? cause the products still show in front office so it means they didn t disappear from the data base, also if I do a research with specific name product shows, they just don t show in product list in back office! so I can t change nothing there. how to get them back?

I would like to know if it's possible to get a support directly from Prestashop when we have a real question? Does Prestashop provide a minimum service without payment? I don't have access to my products any more in back office for few days, and I don't succeed to get any consistent answer from the forum, I really need to get prestashop themselves to check if I ve been hacked or if it s something that can happen sometimes and how to resolve. it's not a bug from my theme cause I've changed theme to check, it's not the theme. I m unable to work at all. How can we get to talk to them directly? Maybe in a specific forum? Thank you

Hi I m very concerned I don t have access any more to any of my products or any product list neither stock nothing at all in back office for 4 days now. From from t office everything looks fine, but I can t access anything in back office, can t change order, if I add new product it doesn t even appear, I have no clue what s the problem. it looks as if all the data was gone! Could I have been hacked? What's the matter? Thank you for helping!

Ca fait 4 jours maintenant que je n ai plus actes a mes produits ds back office, comment contacter directement l équipe de prestashop? je n ai accès qu a ce forum mais ou faut il poster pour avoir prestashop en direct?

Hi Je balise un peu, car depuis hier, qd j essaie d acceder a ma liste de produit, rien ne sort, ni dans la selection par categorie ni meme qd je selectionne "Home" ou tous les produits devraient sortir. Je n ai acces a rien. Que faire?

Attendez une petite question...est ce que je dois vraiment rentrer dans le code pour afficher une image dans la bannière category de produit? n y a t il rien de prévu sur le back office ou le menu prestashop pour changer ca tranquillement?

Is it not possible to parameter that option without entering in the code? through Prestashop options parameters? If not, how do I find where is the line where i should enter this info? Thank you so much

Hi I ve limited the access of certain categories so visitors can t see it, but only registered customers. The problem is that when a visitor open a restricted page, he only gets a total white page, I would like him to get a message like: "Sorry, the access to this category is reserved. in order to access this category you need to register and ask for permission to access etc.... so they know what they should do! How to parameter this please? Or other option to put a code to access the restricted page is that something included in prestashop or am I supposed to use a module for that? Thanks very much

Hi I m looking for a module that would allow to calculate after each product added to wish list or cart, how much space still remain to fill a 20 foot, or 40 foot container. I dont find in the module lists. Any Idea? Thanks

Hi I m using prestashop 1.7 (theme JMS Mozar II) I don t think that this is related to my theme, but I m not sure. I checked the box "display quantities on stock" and it doesn't display where does the error might come from? Thanks

So I cleared al the cache, it's not that! can it be related to the theme? normally the parameters are in category page so it shouldn't but I opened the incognito page and cleared all, still no banner at all in no page expect the home page (managed by my theme)

bonjour j utilise la version 1.7 de prestashop et j utilise le theme JMS mozar II, mais mon probleme n est pas lie au theme a ma connaissance. Sans la liste des produits par categorie le boutton add to cart apparait mais ne consuit nul part. Qd on clique sur la fiche produit, le bouton n apparait meme plus, ni l onglet quantite d ailleurs. j ai fouine partout, pas moyen de trouver comment le faire marcher. je n ai pas d icon cart sur ma page d acceuil non plus (ca c est une option je crois sensee etre geree par mon theme, mais qd je l ajoute il n apparait pas non plus) j aimerais aussi avoir un onglet add to wish list, la c est pareil, je configure tout ce qui est configurable mais ca n apparait pas du tout sur le site! Une idee? Merci beaucoup
