I have tested many times, every time is stop here. i test PS version is 1.7.0.2 and php version is php 7.1.0

this is a different problem, check your php config file php.ini .

in l.6 version,you can chek your file ' cache/class_index.php' on your server. this file maybe not correct,

my php version PHP Version 7.1.0 when i install PS 1.7.0.2 Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Tools' not found in config/config.inc.php on line 52 i see that file line 52 is: Tools::redirectToInstall(); why ? please help me ,i search ohter topic about the same problem ,but not resolved.

what is your php version?

please edit defines.inc.php file, change define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); then look ~~

modules is too less.

im the same error,i check /cache/class_index.php is empty you can creat a new file from normal site.

i met the similar ,maybe the problem is the language, there is no translations for your local, you can rename the translation,then login to the back office,set the language to english.

you should look the browser source code,check the url.
