I waited a bit of time wating v1.7 will be more mature but it seems it's not as stable as it should be. I fixed my problem doing this: - Removing old plugins which don't works on 1.7 (i will edit this post at home, writing the exact names). - I placed one email address on the bottom of the Log setup page where the system sends logs when a critical error it's detected. - Checking all the requisites PS has for PHP on the php.ini (i will edit this post at home, writing the exact changes I did).

I upgraded from 1.6.24 to 1.7.8.5 with the 1-Click-Upgrade and the bug it's yet on PS :-( I tried several times to do the upgrade of one module but I'm always getting the same message.

I don't see nothing related about 1.6 it's EOL at this time. That was a message of it's plan, but we would love to know one exact date or a message saying "las update of 1.6 will be X"

Hi! We're using a webservice to load and get all the information from the Prestashop. The developer of the application told us he needs to have the prestashop with the developer mode enabled. We want to know if there it's a way to add a little if on defines.inc.php and add something like: If ( $is_service ) define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); That line would allow us to set the DEV mode for the webservice and normal mode for the rest of users/customers. Hi! The default loyalty module has a filter of categories which are allowed to use with the loyalty points coupons. But my problem it's all the products give points. I'm looking for a module which allows me to set some categories should give ZERO loyalty points or a custom value. I saw one module which allows to set the points per article but it should be more time expensive to set up. Regards,

It was a problem related to my custom CSS, trying to make all the images for the payment systems with the same appearance. The paypal module when it's a cell phone which it's browsing shows only a big button for paying with paypal. Hi! I have a strange problem with Paypal link on the one page checkout of my Prestashop. Prestashop it's 1.6.1.18 and the Paypal module it's v3.11.6 From a computer the link for paying with Paypal works perfectly and it has text: Buy from a Mobile device/cell phone I got a different icon and a empty text. I cannot click on that option so there it's no way to pay with paypal on cell phones. Any tip to fix this problem? Regards,

Hi! I'm having problems with prices changing without my knowledge. I don't know if it's a bug, or if the external application I'm using within the prestashow webservice it's changing they. It's there anyway to get a full log of what it's the webservice receiving ? If Prestashop doesn't has any option to get it, please tell me which file I can edit to modify it for adding a fwrite or file_put_contents with the received parameters for saving they to a file. I had the same problem. In my case I the problem was the new domain lacks the .htaccess file on the root folder. When I compressed the files on the older domain, it seems I don't zipped the .htaccess file or it was not restored in the extraction process. If this don't fixed the problem, please check if you have enabled the the mod_rewrite plugin on Apache.

El problema exacto es del módulo fieldvmegamenu que como bien dices suelen utilizar en ThemeForest para muchos de sus temas. El problema estaba en que el fichero modules/fieldvmegamenu/ajax/upload.php no controla que la llamada sea del administrador del sitio y por lo tanto permite subir cualquier fichero que el atacante guste. Estoy a la espera que me pasen el modulo actualizado, pero por ahora he modificado el susodicho fichero para que no puedan subir nada más.

I'm using 1.6.11 I need to delete manually the site/cache/class_index.php each time I clear the cache of the site. In the Advanced Parameters->Performance If I try to set NO in Disable All Overrides and saving it, it returns to Yes. Seems it not accepts the modification.

Bueno, creo que ya he encontrado el problema. Gracias a tus comentarios he visto que estaba todo correcto, el tema era dudoso que fuera el motivo por lo que tenía que estar en el transportista. He creado uno de cero y entonces salía bien el precio. La razón de este problema es que en el negocio de la web utilizan Nacex, y Nacex ofrece un módulo gratuito para PrestaShop que facilita la creación de las etiquetas y demás. La cuestión es que este módulo al instalarlo me creo dos transportistas. Uno lo desactivé y utilizaba el restante. En las opciones del módulo no aparece nada con un precio insertado manualmente; sí que aparecen los diferentes tipos de envío que tiene Nacex, así que imagino que alguna de dichas opciones hace que suba el importe que tengo puesto en el transportista a un importe que no tenía identificado. Hay que entrar en el módulo de Nacex y poner a NO la opción de "Permitir cálculo automático del importe de los transportistas Nacex" Gracias por la ayuda y espero que este mensaje ayude a otros.

Sí, tengo el método de pago en 5 pasos y en todas las páginas conserva el mismo precio tanto para el producto como para los portes. En el propio artículo tengo el "Gastos de envío adicionales (para un sólo artículo)" a 0€ también Tal como comentas es muy muy raro. Lo último que me falta por hacer es probar a cambiar al tema por defecto por si fuera algo relacionado con el tema, pero me extraña basatante.

Si necesitas algo más indícamelo y te paso la información que necesites. El "cliente" que estoy utilizando para hacer la compra tiene correctamente puesto el país, y la provincia.

Buenas, A ver, tengo un problema con el precio de los portes. El precio que sale al añadir algo al carrito no corresponde con ninguno de los precios que tengo asignados en la configuración. En la configuración del transportista tengo indicado para un caso particular portes de 4.92€+IVA = 5.95€ pero cuando se añade un artículo al carrito en vez de salir dicha cifra sale 7.66€ Tengo dos transportistas. Uno es recogida en tienda a coste 0€ Y luego el transportista para los "dos" países que tengo configurados "España (Península y Baleares)" y "España (Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla" En la imagen adjunta podéis ver la configuración del transportista. Los precios están sin el IVA. En la regla de impuestos asociada al transportista tengo correctamente añadido el "país" "España (Península y Baleares)" Y el impuesto asociado a dicha regla de impuestos tengo puesto correctamente el 21 Obviamente en los países tengo las zonas bien configuradas, así como las provincias. Si todo está correcto porque c*j*nes :-D el prestashop me pone el precio de portes que le "rota", porque el 7.66 no sé de donde sale. Ni metiendo dos veces el iva, ni cogiendo el otro precio que tengo para las Islas Canarias ni nada de nada. Alguna pista ? Saludos,
