We contacted for a refund on March 1, 2019, through the PrestaShop/developer online contact form. Your site says you have a money back guarantee. We want our money back.   6. I am using PrestaShop 1.6. After an item was returned, I tried to refund the customer's money. The system then said that order was more than 60 days old and could not be refunded. The order was two weeks old. I then refunded the money directly from PayPal. Now the system has created a credit slip giving the customer an undo enrichment. How do I cancel, delete or undo the credit slip? Thank you in advance for your help.
  7. I am having an issue with configuring the "Connect USPS" module. Specifically, the "Products Setting." I set a product for medium flat rate box plus $3.00 in additional charges. When I ran a test purchase on our website the shipping costs showed as $9.80. The is the small flat rate box cost of $6.80 plus $3.00 in additional charges. When I clicked the delete button, I got the error message "An error occurred while deleting the object. configuration (cannot load object)" I called tech support at the USPS and they said that we are set up correctly at their end. How do I fix this?
