HI Can someone help me. I would like something kinda like contact me page some kind of forum when the customers fill out all there information example there name and business name and stuff like that and than they would submit the forum and I can get them set up for wholesale? I think that would be so much easier than just having them email me and than have to tell them to sign up as a customer that I will change them into a wholesale. Of course they can not get wholesale until I approve them than they would get a email says thank you for applying for wholesale here is where you go insert urls and than they set up there own password and email. Hi How I cleared my data I went to the back office of prestashop and looked for the mod called PrestaShop Cleaner be careful and read what it says I only use the bottom 2 one that says Functional integrity constraints and the other one called Database cleaning . I leave the tops ones along I don't want to delete my orders or all my stuff in my store or I think if you did that than you would lose everything and have to start all over. Hope that helps you there are a lot of better people that can help you with this. As always before you do anything back up all your files. Im just learning how to make sure I do a back up

DanVia I had to clear my data on this and it worked. Also make sure you have your email is set and installed right.

HI How do you clean up the database I have the same issue one customers has a invoice with wrong address and sometime my customers get invoice and sometimes they don't. Als in the are that says document that is not always right either.

Hi I'm really confused I m using USPS for my shipping and I don't understand what the url is suppose to say? I have mu customers tracking numbers I had to manually add them but when I click on them it just show a regular page and they have to copy and past there tracking number in there. Hi Maybe some one did fine this I found this cool thing today that will get rid of where the guest has to check in and save there information before they see there payment options . This is so cool. I just got it and so far I like it a lot. It did cost $15 plus $2 for handing but I think it is well worth it.
