  1. Hello, When our store was recently migrated via Prestashop's migration ticket from Prestashop Cloud to Prestashop download by Prestashop something happened with languages. The default language in both stores is Finnish (see the image attached) but after migration the languages mixed up. Content remains in Finnish also in new store, but words connected to the structure of the pages are all in English (for example in footer, as can be seen in images attached). Settings (Localization > Localization; Localization > Languages; Localization > Translations) in both old store (not deleted yet) and new store are identical. I cannot figure out why or how this happened. How could I solve this problem and get Finnish back the way it was before migration? Thanks, Jukka Palm
  2. Hi! Any experiences of Migration Ticket PrestaShop Cloud to PrestaShop Download? Does it work well? Pros & cons? Is it possible to migrate Prestashop Cloud to any host in any country or is there country specific restrictions? Is there restrictions concerning the host? Is it possible to keep store open during the migration (which can take 5 working days according to product page) In the product page these were not clearly stated. Thanks, Jukka
  3. Hi, If I start a new Prestashop from beginning and don't choose Cloud but other hosting, is it possible to export products, customers, theme or paid modules from old shop and import to new one? If it is, how it is done? I mean instead of migrating 100% of the shop from the Cloud to a new host, exporting and importing only most part of it. Jukka
  4. Hi, "My domains and certificates" section is empty in "Store details" page. Why our domain name is not visible and how do I add it? When I try to "Add an existing domain name", the "Select your store" drop down list is empty as well. And if I put our domain name in the lower box and click "Configure your domain" comes "This domain name is already registered" under the box. How can I fix this? Jukka
  5. Hi, In Prestashop Cloud documentation "Managing FTP users" it is told that new FTP users are added from "Store details" page. When I go there and click the "My Store" nothing happens. "My Store's FTP user(s)" section or "Add new FTP user" button does not exist. See the screenshot attached. How can I fix this and add new (and the first) FTP user? Jukka
  6. Thankyou very much! This clarifies the situation. I still wonder is there any module which could help with this. For example Digitalique. According to developer with this module it is possible to "handle unlimited files and file sizes" but "you will need to modiy settings in your php.ini concerning max_request_time or max_uploaded_files or something if your server hast troubles uploading some files." Does this mean that even if I purchase this module, I can't get over 64Mb if our shop is in Prestashop Cloud? Jukka
  7. Hi, There seems to be 64 Mb limit for downloadable products in Prestashop by default. Administration -> Preferences I found "Maximum file size for downloadable product" and was able to increase file to 64 Mb. If i try to increase the file size bigger comes red box with this text: "The limit chosen is larger than the servers maximum upload limit. Please increase the limits of your server." (Screenshot attached) I found this great article about how to fix php.ini in order to increase memory limit: https://www.prestashop.com/blog/en/php-ini-file/#comments Only thing is that it don´t tell how to do it in Prestashop Cloud or how to find this php.ini file in Prestashop. Any advice? Jukka
  8. It seems that our shop is in Prestashop Cloud, not in that server where the rest of our webpages are. So, is there somewhere in dashboard place where I can fix this or how do I find administrator of server?
  9. I am not sure, it might be also the server. From Administration -> Preferences I found "Maximum file size for downloadable product" and was able to increase file to 64 Mb. But this stilll is not enough though.
  10. Hi, It seems that the filesize of downloadable products is limited to 25 Mb by default. Is there some way to increase that? Or do I need a module to sell bigger files? If I do, which modul(s) would you recommend? Jukka
  11. Hi, How to make cumulative discount for a customer who enjoys two different discounts at the same time due to belonging two different groups? Through group A customer gets 10% discount of all items in the store and through group B customer gets 5% discount of the same items. How to fix so that customer gets discount like this: normal price -10% -5% = price after two discounts. Jukka
  12. Hi, Default texts in Store Information modul(Store Information, call us now and email) in footer are in English on Finnish language pages. How can fix this? It is also strange that when changing currency option changes also language in this modul. When I choose dollar instead of euro the default texts turn into Finnish. Jukka
