Bug or configuration? Save payment by steps 1000€, error order +2000€

Hi, I have a problem with a Prestashop V 1.6.1.18

When a payment of +1000 euros is made, 2 payments are recorded.

For example € 1200 order:
Payment 1 -> € 1000

Payment 2 -> € 200

When the order is greater than € 2000, ex: 2250 a payment error occurs

Payment 1-> 1000 €

Payment 2 -> € 1000

Payment 3 -> XX

Payment failed 250 €

 

Hola tengo un problema con un Prestashop V 1.6.1.18 

Cuando se realiza un pago de +1000 euros, se registran 2 pagos.

Por ejemplo pedido de 1200€ :

Pago 1 -> 1000€

Pago 2 -> 200€

Cuando el pedido es mayor a 2000€ , ej: 2250 ocurre un error de pagos

Pago 1-> 1000€

Pago 2 -> 1000€

Pago 3 -> XX 

Error en el pago faltan 250€
