[SOLVED] Bug in Product Discounts?

If I add a product and then set that buying 10pcs would give 2% extra discount it tells me that when clicking Save it has been saved.
However, it does not show on the products Discounts tab.
In the shop-front it tells me that buying 10pcs would give 2% extra discount.
Also I cannot delete the Discount set for this product.

This is a clean install of PS 1.1, no modifications are made to the files.

I'm still having problems with this.

In the Back-end I can create Discounts for buying 10, 20 or 25 items of 1 product and it will show on the Front-end.
However, it will not show in my shops Back-end and thus cannot delete it.

Going into the database PS_discount_quantity shows all the created discounts!

Edit: Changing language from Dutch to English shows the discounts again, I can delete it and it says it's deleted (also looking at the database) but it will still show at the Back-end.
On the Front-end it is also gone.
The funny thin is that it will still show the Back-end discount page in Dutch, or when setting Ducth as default and removing the English it wil still show the same page in English.

Could it be template related?
I use the default template on a Vanilla install.

OK, it is browser cache related.
After flushing my browser cache it works.
This is using IE7 + Slimbrowser Plug-In.

You need to flush you Tempory Internet Files every time after adding or deleting Discounts.
