Question regarding moving Brand Product from one area to antoher

Hi,

I have a theme that i would like to modify the Brand that is located in another area of the product page and would like to move it right on top of product title. 

I would to know where i can find the codes related to display the "Brands" "Product Title" etc. Is there a documentation on that?

I download a Starter Developpement Theme but not found any related codes regarding this. I can search into _partial catalogs files of the current theme and copy/paste the Smarty source code somewhere else. 

I just want to have more documentations on that if possible.
