Recovery password for clients not working

Hi there! I am new in the forum (however I've been looking for a lot of help that this forum provides). 

 

I have a problem in my site which is procell.es 

 

When a client has an account and try to recover the password: https://procell.es/recuperacion-contraseña and he adds his email accordingly and click to "recuperar" (recovery) the url change to https://procell.es/recuperacion-contraseña and the page says the following: 

PÁGINA NO DISPONIBLE (Page not available)

LO SENTIMOS, LA PÁGINA NO SE ENCUENTRA DISPONIBLE. (we are sorry, this page is not available) 

So, actually I would like to ask for some help  if someone knows how to solve this issue.
