VAT field only shows after using 'my adress' update button

Hi there,

I have a problem that started after updating PS 1.6 to its latest version to prevent fake user accounts.

But now, totally unrelated to me, the VAT input field in the address form only appear if it is first saved and then updated. Or, if you make an error in the form, it also gets updated which will make the VAT field show up too. In all cases the Company field is filled out and the EU VAT module is active too.

Anybody any idea?

Normally the VAT field is shown after the company field has been filled. So that is a javascript operation. Your problem suggests a javascript error so that that no longer works,

Thanks for the suggestion. I will have a look at how the script is running when the address form is filled out.
