pel024 Posted March 23, 2011 Share Posted March 23, 2011 I've tried to upgrade from 1.37 to 1.4 but everything has gone wrong - I'm getting the (Employee -> id_lang is empty) error despite several attempts. I've tried reverting back to 1.37 but there now seems to be a problem with my backup files as I cannot access the FO (blank screen) although BO is OK. My question is can I start a clean install but import my old database as I have a backup of the database and all images? I don't mind loosing my previous theme but can't bare the thought of entering all my products again! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

psnewbie Posted March 25, 2011 Share Posted March 25, 2011 Ditto that. Upgraded to 1.4 from 1.3.7 and had loads of probs and things disappear. Reverted to 1.3.7 which worked perfectly but have lost all modules and can't edit anything like home text, boxes etc etc ??? Prestashop have not replied whenever I have contacted. What do I do now?
