Problem with “Enable And Manage SEO&URLs”

Dear,

I have necessary to impost Friendly URLs but I have problem with “Enable And Manage SEO&URLs”

I go on Shop Parameters > Traffic & SEO and on “Set up URLs” I change this option to YES.

I going on web site and appear a message:

ERROR HTTP 404.0 - NOT FOUND

I try to:

• Disable Apache’s MultiViews option
• Disable apache mod security.

But the situation don’t change.

If I put NO in "Setup URLs" it returns to display correctly

My configuration is:

• Windows Server 2019
• Microsoft-IIS 10.0
• PHP 7.2.16
• PhpMyAdmin 4.8.5
• MySQL 5.6.16.0
• Prestashop 1.7.5.1

Have you encountered this problem?

Is there a solution?

Hi everyone,

I have see this post "HOW TO ENABLE MOD_REWRITE ON IIS WEB SERVER?" https://manage.accuwebhosting.com/knowledgebase/2415/How-to-Enable-modrewrite-on-IIS-Web-Server.html

And I have install "URL Rewrite" https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite

I go on "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\.htaccess" and open the file with text editor but I don't know which part of the rules of the .htaccess file is to be copied to paste them into the Rewrite rules text box.
