Ciao a tutti, ho questa configurazione: Windows Server 2019 IIS 10 MySQL 8.0.16.0 PHP 7.2.16 PHPMYADMIN 4.9.0.1 Prestashop 1.7.6.0 Chiedo il vostro aiuto per risolvere un problema con il campo CERCA. Se inserisco una parola (o parte di essa) presente in un articolo si hanno i corretti risultati della ricerca. Se inserisco una parola non presente in nessun un articolo (ad esempio: test) si ha il messaggio di errore: Errore del server 500 - Errore interno del server. Si è verificato un problema che non consente di visualizzare la risorsa desiderata. Nel Pannello sono andato su CONFIGURA -> PARAMETRI NEGOZIO -> CERCA e ho impostato Ricerca nella parola SI Cerca una corrispondenza esatta NO Lunghezza minima della parola (in caratteri) 2 Grazie per qualsiasi aiuto

Salut tout le monde, Je demande votre aide pour configurer les courriels envoyés par le formulaire "Contactez-nous". Dans le panneau Back Office de CONFIGURE -> STORE PARAMETERS -> CONTACT -> CONTACTS J'ai saisi les emails de contact. Si j'essaie d'envoyer des emails en remplissant les champs du formulaire "Contactez-nous", les emails arrivent mais je ne les vois que lorsque je me connecte au Back Office de Prestashop, alors qu'ils n'arrivent pas sur le mail configuré dans les PC clients. Dans Paramètres avancés -> E-mail, je définis les paramètres SMTP pour la configuration du domaine de messagerie et du serveur SMTP. Si je clique sur "envoyer un e-mail test", le message arrive correctement sur l'e-mail configuré dans le PC client. Y a-t-il une configuration particulière à appliquer? Merci d'avance

Ciao a tutti, chiedo il vostro aiuto per la configurazione delle email inviate dal form “Contattaci”. Nel Pannello Back Office in CONFIGURA -> PARAMETRI NEGOZIO -> CONTATTO -> CONTATTI ho inserito le email di contatto. Se provo ad inviare email compilando i campi nel form “Contattaci” le email arrivano ma le vedo solo collegandomi nel Back Office di Prestashop, mentre non arrivano sulla posta configurata nei PC Client. In Parametri Avanzati -> Email ho impostato i parametri SMTP configurando il dominio mail e server SMTP e se clicco su “invia un’email di prova” il messaggio arriva correttamente sulla posta configurata nel PC Client. C’è qualche configurazione particolare da applicare? Grazie

At the end of installation I insert in the final path the MODERN directory and everything seems to work properly. Now I have “only” these problem on the back office when I click on: IMPROVE -> PAYMENT -> PAYMENT METHODS IMPROVE -> INTERNATIONAL -> TAXES CONFIGURE -> STORE PARAMETERS -> TRAFFIC & SEO Appear the message: Server error - 500 - Internal server error -There is a problem that does not allow you to view the desired resource. If I enabling the Debug Mode these problems do not occur. If I make a NEW installation Prestashop v1.7.5.2 the installation it's OK, but if I make a UPDATE to 1.7.6.0 appear a error message and If I refresh the page appear: 500 - Internal server error.
