HI Everyone

Very simple question so I hope one of you guys can help??

How can I default the option in Prestashop 1.7 Display condition on product page to be yes for all products.

I have imported 21000 items and could not find an import switch so to speak and cannot go through all 21000 lines and switch it on

Hello:

The field in product table in database is "condition". The fastest way is to update this field value directly in database with a simple query.

when you say a simple query? will that need coding knowledge as I am a novice to this.

If I change the Display condition column in product table will it then show the condition on the product on the front end or will i need to change any other fields

Where can i get information on writing the query, I can access my D/B using PHP admin

The condition field is about 'new' or 'refurbished'. It is unclear whether you need this or the visibility field (or yet another field). And you should set it both in the ps_product and ps_product_shop tables. 

I strongly advise you to hire someone to do this for the first time (you can then later do it yourself). Or at least make a good backup before you start.
