After upgrading to 1.1 Product price reduction not showing front end

We have recently upgraded two of our sites to v1.1.

But now on both sites 80% of the products are not showing the reduction amount just the full RRP, it is however showing in the backend in the each product, only when we save the product does this show in the front office.

With over 1500 products this is now causing a real problem having to go into each product and save.

I have logged this as a bug

Is anybody else having the same problem & andy help in fixing this is aprreciated
