Adding menu in new hook.

Hi,

I have been trying to implement the jbx Menu onto my theme, however I am having no luck.

Ive tried creating a new hook to place it however nothing happens.

Anyone care to help me on this.

I require the hook to be below the header at the very bottom so it sits inbetween the header and the content of the page. I have located where to place my call for the hook in my header.tpl, its just the rest that I am having problems with.
