No input file specified

Hi everyone,

I have problems when they are in the control panel (administrator).

My configuration is:

• Windows Server 2019
•  Microsoft-IIS 10.0
• PHP 7.2.16
• PhpMyAdmin 4.8.5 (update from 4.1.9)
• MySQL 5.6.16.0
• Prestashop 1.7.5.1

If I access from the control panel on some selection (not all) it makes white page with "No input file specified". The problem occurs if I click only in these sections:

SELL --> Orders --> Invoices                        

SELL --> Orders --> Delivery notes           

SELL --> Catalog --> Products

SELL --> Catalog --> Stocks

 

IMPROVE --> Modules --> Module Manager

IMPROVE --> Design --> Positions

IMPROVE --> Shipping --> Settings

IMPROVE --> Payment --> Payment Methods

IMPROVE --> Payment --> Settings

IMPROVE --> International -->  Location

IMPROVE --> International -->Translations

 

CONFIGURE --> Store Parameters --> General

CONFIGURE --> Store Parameters --> Order Settings

CONFIGURE --> Store Parameters --> Products

CONFIGURE --> Store Parameters --> Customer Settings

CONFIGURE --> Store Parameters --> Traffic and SEO

CONFIGURE --> Advanced Parameters --> Information

CONFIGURE --> Advanced Parameters --> Performance

CONFIGURE --> Advanced Parameters --> Administration

CONFIGURE --> Advanced Parameters --> Email

CONFIGURE --> Advanced Parameters --> Import

CONFIGURE --> Advanced Parameters --> Logs

 

Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

solved with edit the PHP.INI file

cgi.fix_pathinfo = 0
with
cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1
