PrestaHeroes USA Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 ps does not block by IP, when geo location is enabled it does not block by IP but by the resolved country of IP, or if IP does not resolve at all it will block. The block is a 403 or message on front office 'not allowed to sell in your country' so unless you have other ban IP module or custom .htaccess then I would relook or get a webmaster to look at your hosting. make sure to check the apahe access log for their ip 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
