Cypaubr Posted January 25, 2019 Share Posted January 25, 2019 Hi, When I try to analyze my Prestashop 1.7.5 shop with a SEO tool (https://sitechecker.pro/fr/seo-report/https://shop.dronemotions.fr/). The tool gets a 403 error, even when I share a product on Facebook, it can't get the page title, description, etc. Id don't know what can cause this. Cheers! PrestaHeroes USA Posted January 26, 2019 Share Posted January 26, 2019 if you have geo loation enabled and the external seo tool's IP 1) does not resolve or 2) is from restricted country you can get 403 please do not blame a community (not official PrestaShop) for lack of perceived support espeically as you list yourself as an agency (you should then be able to solve) and have not contributed here...maybe a one person agency Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
