Problem with translation

Hello everyone!

I´m trying to translate my theme that i bought from English to Faroes. for example I want to translate the words "First Name" in the file "ShopFormsLabels" under prestashop/app/Resources/translations/en-US/ShopFormsLabels.xlf

and i look like this

 <source>First Name</source>
        <target>Fornavn</target>

I save the file and refresh my website witch is hosted on local host, too see if the word has changed, but it still says "First Name" instead of "Fornavn"

Any idea what I am doing wrong here?

I´m running prestashop 1.7.5.
