Problem refund money

Hi, I asked for a refund 10 days ago and the developer accepted to refund me. After some days I recieved a message from prestashop addons,

I  am pleased to inform you that your refund request has been accepted by the developer.
It has been transmitted to our financial department and will be effective within a period of 5 working days.

A confirmation email will be sent to you when the transaction is completed.

I remain available for any further information.

The 5 days business have passed and I didn't get my money.

probably 5 days is best case scenario

be patient and if you get very frustrated just file dispute with paypal.
