We already have an existing overview on paper with article numbers from products we sell. But I want to add the numbers to the products online, but every combination must have an unique number. I can fill in the reference but that's not specific enough. So, every single combination I need an unique number. Is that possible? musicmaster Posted December 15, 2018 Share Posted December 15, 2018 Not really. Every combination can have a reference too. And you might put an unique index on the reference field. But products and combinations are different tables. So there will still be a problem that products with and without combinations store their reference in a different place. Actually it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot of work to fill in all these combinations, but it's what we want. We want the reference displayed at the invoice.
