Need to send email to web administrator when order is accepted/completed

Hello,

First of all, thank ypu for your assistance.

We are creating a webpage when some people ("Buyers" - only customers) buy products without seen prices and payment (we have change text for bankwire to "cheat" Buyers) and another one person ("Validator", he/she has access both backoffice and customer account) validate the orders and pay. I know, too extrange...

All process is OK, but we need to send the same email confirmation (Order state with ID 2 by default) to customer, validator and webpage admin, but prestashop only send it to customer.

how can I do that for send only email confirmation?
