beckizzle Posted February 25, 2011 Share Posted February 25, 2011 Hey,Bit of an odd question that noone seems to have asked before.Basically when we have orders through we are only shown what overall product the customer has ordered. For example, a certain product but not which colour the customer has chosen.Attached is what a customer has ordered today (and what I see to be able to ship it out to him). There are different sizes/colours for this product so i had to call him to find out which he would like - unprofessional Is there something I haven't enabled or what? I’m using Cardsave You can try use other Payment module(like pay by Cheque) to make test order to see what is the result, if other payment module works fine, then your guess is correct.But if the module is developed in correct way, it should not affect PrestaShop data.
