[Canceled] Back office login not working. Can't login.

Last week there were no problems.
It all worked beauitifully.
Now I can't login.

I get this error message:
"employee does not exist, or bad password"

If I use "lost password"
I get the message that " Your password has been e-mailed to you."
but I do not receive an email.

I have not changed my host.
I have not deleted cookies.
The URL is the same as before, (including WWW).
and I am using login details that I had written down.

Aah! I was being stupid!
I do not know why my password reset but I DID receive the "lost password" emails.
Hotmail binned them in the junk folder.
When I eventually found them, I also found the new passwords issued to me.
