razaro Posted November 6, 2018 Share Posted November 6, 2018 PrestaShop 1.6 is old but from 1.6.1.14 I think it supports PHP 7 and that was 7.0, later they added full support to 7.1 and latest fixes are done for 7.2 but not sure if it is fully supported. While core files can support PHP 7 , some module may not. so do try 5.6 first. Also do check server logs for any kind of error , there must be something that is saved in logs.
