Da giorni che prestashop non sta funzionando o meglio , funzione prefettamente per 273 ore epoi spette di funzionare. Ho chiamato l'hosting (1and1) e mi hanno comunicato che si erano riscontrati dei problemi su prestashop ma, la stessa prestashop stava risolvendo . Vi chiedo aiuto perchè non so più come fare . L'errore è il seguente: Apro 1AND1 Area clienti > vado su modifica sito> dove devo inserire i dati di prestashop avvolte esce il pannello e avvolte ( Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Avvolte funziona e avvolte no. eleazar Posted October 16, 2018 Share Posted October 16, 2018 Prestashop sembra aver fatto un autogol. Per ora dovrebbe essere sufficiente cancellare il modulo Gamification. Ma tutti gli utenti di moduli 1.7 o più recenti che utilizzano PRESTATRUST (tecnologia blockchain) potrebbero avere più problemi in futuro. Quest'ultimo è solo una tale ipotesi .... E' stato solo un tentativo di spiegare perché sempre più PrestaShop non riescono a comunicare con il server di Paris. Prestashop ama "parlare a casa al telefono". 😊 E per favore non essere arrabbiato con me, ma in realtà è troppo chiedere di adattarsi alla lingua dell'intervistatore nel forum? Il forum ha sezioni adattate ad ogni lingua, quindi mi sembra più appropriato addestrare gli utenti spiegando loro di postare nel posto giusto informandoli e spostando il loro messaggio quando ne avete l'opportunità. Abituando ogni utente alle buone pratiche si spera che essi stessi saranno in grado di trasmetterle per mantenere una struttura adeguata al forum. Prestashop 1.7 ha ancora molti lavori di costruzione. Non è quindi un caso che il sostegno alla versione 1.6 sia stato prorogato di 3/4 anni la scorsa settimana. HTTP ERROR 500 Se apro con firefox la pagina rimane tutta bianca accedi tramite ftp e vai in config al suo interno apri con un editor di testo il file defines.inc.php alla riga 29 dove trovi if (!defined('_PS_MODE_DEV_')) { define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); } modifica define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); in define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); fatto questo salva, in questo modo attivi la modalità debug così puoi vedere cosa può esserne la causa Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JustImpression Posted October 19, 2018 Share Posted October 19, 2018 rimettendo il modulo gamification non mi da + errori nel debug, ma appena disattivo la modalità debug subito che si ripresenta lo stesso errore, quindi non si apre più il back office di prestashop sicuri che il pèroblema sia per forza nel mio sito?
