Store Recovery

Greetings.

I'm having the following problem with Prestashop.

I have An online store which on the web server is working. But when i want to run it on Localhost (since in the server doesnt run properly the one click updater i don't know why, but is related to permisssions) It throws me an error even when debug is turned on. The problem is that in Localhost i can't enter the store neither enter the administration module, so i can't do nothing to upgrade or recover the site from administration. (Right now i don't have the specific errors since i got them in localhost)

However the database's health is good.

I'm not sure but if i deploy a raw installation of PrestaShop and then passing the images and themes to the clean site might work; i did something similar in other CMS but i'm not sure if PrestaShop can work that way.

rather than trying to run on localhost build a subdomain and test your upgrade there.
