parcom Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 Hi everyone, I just wanted to upgrade all my modules. Among them the "Customs Text Blocks" - module. This returned the following error: "Error! Exception thrown by module ps_customtext on upgrade. This file does not seem to be a valid module zip." I then tried to download it from git and move it manually into my module folder (as suggested here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/900121-error-on-upgrading-custom-text-blocks/ ). However, it returned the same error. Then I removed the module in order to re-install it via BO->module&services. When trying to Customs Text Blocks (V. 3.0.0) it returns: "Error! Cannot install module ps_customtext. The version of your module is not compliant with your PrestaShop version." What could case this error? I am grateful for any hints or suggestions!
