problems with inside pictures

Hi, i have a problem when i insert a new product the inside pictures are showing the previous product ,

I've cleared cache many time and cache browser and still remains the same

The front picture is ok but when i open to see the product the inside pictures are other pictures from the previous product that i've inserted.

Can someone help me to solve this

This kind of stuff usually happens when you delete images directly in the database. The only occurrences I have seen was when people had deleted the demonstration products the wrong way.
