Order not created after payment

Hi,

I have a very strange problem.

Since 3 weeks, not all orders were created.

Customer creates a cart > payment accepted > order 300 is on the list but empty. Using the cart we could create an order.

This problem does not occur every time and can not be duplicated.

for example:

order 1 - 299 ok
order 300 not ok
order 301 - 311 ok
order 312 not ok

Anyone?

If you are using multiple payment method, please check if this issue only happens at specific payment module or all payment modules. If the problem module is at paypal module, please check if your IPN is enabled at your Paypal account.

PayPal has changed their “notify_url” behavior sometime recently.
You must enable IPN at your Paypal account to get your Paypal module at PrestaShop work.
If you disable IPN in your PayPal account, no IPNs will be sent regardless of whether you pass a notify_url value.
