Most are only interested in the street cred then shove their ads down your throat. They don't care about cleaning the forum at all. I did multiple times, always got an answer within 24 hours. The PS Core Team was always kind and helpful to me. It looks indeed they do not visit the forum. However this is not uncommon for OSS projects. If you go on ubuntu forum asking questions, you will likely be answered by other ubuntu users, not the ubuntu core team.
