Mashop Posted August 27, 2018 Share Posted August 27, 2018 Hello, When we were on PrestaShop 1.7.0, when we updated an order to the status "Shipped" via the API, the invoice was generated and the "<PREFIX>_orders.invoice_number" in the database was filled. Since a while now, we updated to 1.7.3.3 and the 'invoice_number' field is not updated anymore, but if we use the back office, everything works perfectly. We tried the 1.7.4.2 and it's not working. The main problem is when the invoice is generated with the status update via the API, it has no number on it, and our customers absolutely need an invoice number. You can report this bug to Prestashop team by creating an Issue on https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/new/choose They will be able either to fix the bug or to tell you how to solve the problem Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
