I opened also opened a ticket on github: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/10137 Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this? musicmaster Posted August 25, 2018 Share Posted August 25, 2018 There is a unique database key that makes that you cannot have more than one "cover" image for a product. So the first image added should have the cover flag set and all following not. As I understand from your report you get the error already adding the first image.
