Quantity discounts rounding up problem

Does anyone know how to fix this?

My quantity discount is set to the following

A. original product price = $1.25 ea
B. buy more then 250 price discount is set to minus .23 cents
C. when client actually buys more then 250 the discount price shows $1.05 cents (and not $1.02 like it should)


any ideas?

It seems that there is a bug in the quantity discount function.
