ContextErrorException in AdminModelAdapter.php

Hi, ive started receiving this error in the back office when editing a product. (It only shows in debug mode)

"Whoops, looks like something went wrong.
1/1 ContextErrorException in AdminModelAdapter.php line 104: Notice: Undefined offset: 0"

I turned debug on because the fields in the product edit page are all missing.
I havent touched the AdminModelAdapter.php file, all I have been altering is some of the fields in the database

(I have been comparing all my tables/columns with a fresh install of the same version and ammending mine to match the clean install. - There was a lot of differences)

I have cleared cache, turned off overrides etc and nothing gets rid of the error.

 

Any ideas ?
