pipwood Posted December 10, 2008 Share Posted December 10, 2008 On demo, if you select laptops from categories, 2 products come up.Macbook Air is one of the products and you can choose the colour and disk space etc. BUT ONLY if you click on the VIEW button. The customer could easily assume there are no choices and that the shop has a limited range.How can I let the customer know that what appears to be a single item actually has 5 colour choices, 7 size otions ?(I know if you were buying a laptop you would always click VIEW but for more mundane items one would not necessarily do so).
