LostLensGuy
I just loaded up Prestashop and everything works great, except.. the "General" settings under the :Configure:Shop Paramaters" section of PS 1.7.4.2 I am trying to set the system to recognize my SSL certificate but the page does not exist (see attached screenshot). Can anyone help? Moderator NOTE: Screen attached removed.
ENS Enterprises
500 error is related with the PHP Error. I need backoffice access to check the issue.
ksaan
An error 500 means something wrong happened on the server. To know what, you need to be able to see error messages. You can enable "see error messages" like this: https://zemez.io/prestashop/support/how-to/prestashop-1-7-enable-debug-mode-display-errors/
selectshop.at
@ LostLensGuy - never add link to your back-office in text or screenshots. This is high risk and an easy game for hackers. Furthermore don't give access to your back-office or server-login to any person you don't know....
LostLensGuy
I set up the "Debug Mode" and figured out how to read it but I have no idea what I'm looking for. Edited August 2, 2018 by LostLensGuy Figured out part of it's usage. (see edit history)
ENS Enterprises
Are you sure SSL certificate is installed properly on your server?
LostLensGuy
Yes, it was working before I installed prestashop (I was using another ecommerce CMS)
LostLensGuy
Well, I guess this is too tough... Is there another way to get my SSL to work besides going into "Shop Parameters" > "General"?
