[1.7.2] Impossibility to update product

Hello Everybody,

I have a big problem since this morning about my shop. lot of stress...

When i try to update a product trough the backoffice, to update the quantity, or the option text and availability (you can see the detail in the attached picture), the toast appears with the successfull message (green box). But when i come back later on the product, all of my last modifications did vanish....

Can you help me please, its very critical, and the situation is very hard for me...

this shop is in production since six month, and the issue appears sundently.

I don't understand why.....

Do you have any idea ?
