prestahsop backoffice password reset

Hi can anyone fix my admin password  would be a great help i have been triying to reset the backoffice password of prestashop of the old website ps  1.5.6.0

 

i am updtaing password via phpMyAdmin

 

 1 row affected.
Warning: #1265 Data truncated for column 'passwd' at row 1
UPDATE `ps_employee` SET `passwd` = PASSWORD('XXXXXXX') WHERE `ps_employee`.`id_employee` = 1;

still i get the password have ben tried from also evything but none of it worked

The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect.
