bug [prestashop bug] Manual cart update issue in prestashop 1.7.x

The error occurs after adding the product to the basket and changing the quantity in the basket detail.

If I change the quantity using the arrows, everything is OK.

But when I was entering the quantity manually and press enter it update product quantity two time and quantity count also wrong.

 

For example:

I have product with quantity 1.now i have click on the product quantity input fields and changed quantity to 5 manually then press enter.

It incorrectly update product quantity as 7.

Please have someone help with this. I have been working on this past 1 week no improvement.

The same error is also reflected in the current version of Prestashop.
