Page blanche après installation

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai installé PS en local, j'ai accès à la boutique mais pas à la page admin = page blanche.

J'ai effacé les cookies en Firefox et rien.

Avez-vous une idée du problème ?

J'ai lu pas mal de commentaires à propos de la "page blanche" après installation.

Je me disait que le problème venait de mon Xampp, car je travaille avec un IDE et WP, et il y a qqs années j'avais eu

un problème de password entre PS et WP; et maintenant entre PS mon IDE.

J'ai téléchargé les 2 version de PS 1.6 & 1.7, mais le problème est toujours le même.

J'ai fait la modification que tu suggères mais le résultat est :

Est-ce que tu a une idée de cette erreur ????

Check the PHP version you are using.

If you are using PHP 7.2, try 7.1 or 7.0

Do you use Prestashop 1.7.2.4 or Prestashop 1.7.3.3?

Try to have the most recent version of the branch you are using

Hello Victor,

1/ Since the begining I've installed Xampp last version PHP 7.2.6 and the very last version of PS I found in the oficial website.

2/ Second time I've tried to install PS I chose version 1.6.1.19 (and PHP 7.2.6), but the error was the same: white page.

3/ I'll try to reinstall Xampp 7.0.30 and the very last PS version (1.7.3.3).

I'm not sure if this will work as in the oficial website the requirements to install it are:

Keep the fingers crossed !

Hello Victor,

Success installation !!

So, as a resume:

To install PS version 1.7.3.3. on your PC running with Xampp, you need version the PHP 7.0.

During installation, it was required to change on "php.ini" doc, the "intl" & "realpaht_..." extensions to be activated.

Then erase install and doc folders, and skip "token page".

That's all!
