add to cart button not showing when browser full screen

add to cart button not showing when browser maximized, quick view not available either

if I click the square besides the x button on top right add to button does not show in category, only shows if hover over

when I reduce the size of browser,resize down, add to cart button shows

really bizarre

what does it take to get an answer, a year, two

giving up on prestashop. too many bugs

not worth buying modules on a software full of bugs

The biggest surprise is that prestashop still exists. ex. mailalerts still not working after waiting 3 years for solution

I use PS since v 1.4.9 and just upgrade to 1.7.3 and very happy with it.

I use mailalerts as well for all this time and it is working fine.

I also had some problems but found that it is usually the cache system so I have switched it off, cleared cache and force page compilation to see it is working. If its then check what makes it not working. Just installed Redis module for cache and it works fine.  php settings on server all correct?
