razaro Posted May 13, 2018 Share Posted May 13, 2018 That is not connected to PrestaShop I think. Have you password protected folder that is your shop in ? Maybe some setting in cPanel/Plesk. razaro Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 I will ask again: Have you password protected folder that is your shop in ? Maybe some setting in cPanel/Plesk. Also check .htaccess in root folder and check if there is some authorization code. If you can access it then your IP could be white listed in .htaccess file. Do ask your hosting also.
